Markwei Boye also holds an Enrolled Agent designation -- a specialized license earned by individuals who have passed a rigorous examination administered by the IRS and has shown technical competency in all levels of federal taxation. Besides being a tax professional, he is also a financial advisor,  He holds National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) licenses including series 6,7,63, and 65. He is an Adjunct professor at Cornerstone University School of Business teaching primarily business courses including Small Business Management and Taxation. He is a member of the Registered Financial Planning Institute, National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Tax professionals and National Society of Accountants.

Allie T. Paige is the Business Manager for SMART BUSINESS TAX SOLUTIONS’, PLLC. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, concentration in Accounting, from North Carolina Central University, Durham, N.C. and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University. She is a veteran accounting professional with over thirty years of practical working experience with General Motors and four years with the State of North Carolina. Her experience includes national and international consolidation of financial systems and reporting. She has also served as a part time instructor in business and accounting at University of Michigan-Flint campus and Baker’s College in Michigan.
